金融发展视域下黄河流域城市绿色发展效率研究

利用2006-2021年黄河流域78个城市面板数据，采用超效率 EBM 模型与窗口 DEA 方法，对黄河流域城市绿色发展效率进行测算，并构建空间杜宾模型实证检验黄河流域城市金融发展对绿色发展效率的影响。研究发现：（１）黄河流域城市金融发展与绿色发展效率呈显著的空间正向相关关系，方向特征表现为偏西北-偏东南；（２）总体来看,金融发展的3个子系统中，金融规模显著促进绿色发展效率的提升，金融效率和金融可得性反之；（３）从空间溢出角度来看，当前黄河流域城市金融规模不利于本地区绿色发展效率的提升，但促进周边地区绿色发展效率的提高；金融效率对本地区绿色发展效率产生显著的负向影响，对邻近地区影响不明显；金融可得性显著促进了本地绿色发展效率，却抑制了邻近地区的绿色发展。
This paper uses the panel data of 78 cities in the Yellow River Basin from 2006 to 2021 to measure the green development efficiency of the cities in the Yellow River Basin by using the super-efficiency EBM model and the window DEA method, and at the same time construets the spatial Durbin model to empirically test the impact of the fimancial development of the cities in the Yellow River Basin on the green development efficieney. The results show that: (1) there is a significant positive spatial correlation between urhan financial development and green development eficiency in the Yellow River Basin, and the directional characteristics all show a northwesterly-soutlreasterly trend. (2) Overall, among the three subsystems of financial development, financial seale siguificantly contributes to the improvement of green development efficieney, and vice versa for financial efficieney and financial aecessibility. (3) From the perspective of spatial spillovers, the current financial seale of cities in the Yellow River Basin is not conducive to the enhancement of green development efficiency in the region, but it canpromote the improvement of green development efficiency in neighboring regions; the financial efficieney has negative impaet on the green development efficieney in the region, and the impaet on the neighboring regions is not obvious; and the financial availability plays a significant positive role in the growth of green development efficiency in the local area, but its role in the neighboring regions is significantly negative. and financial accessibility has a significant negative inhibitory effect on local green development efficieney growth, but a significant negative inhibitory effeet on neighboring areas.
