环境科学与工程河南省特需急需特色骨干学科群学科带头人,环境科学与工程河南省A 类一级重点学科带头人,河南省碳中和碳达峰重点学科带头人,黄淮水环境与污染防治教育部重点实验室常务副主任,河南省水处理关键技术国际联合实验室主任。

2000年起先后任河南省化学会理事、常务理事、副秘书长,1999年河南省优秀青年教师,2000年河南省杰出青年科学基金获得者,2000年河南省跨世纪学术技术带头人,2006年获河南省青年科技奖并授予获河南省优秀青年科技专家称号,2006年被授予河南省文明教师称号,,2015年河南省科技创新杰出人才计划获得者,2018年河南省首届中原千人计划基础研究领军人才;2003年晋升教授,2007年被聘为博士研究生导师,作为团队带头人,2013年被评为河南省高校科技创新团队,2013年和2017年被评为教育部创新团队和教育部创新团队滚动支持计划团队。
